Mike Theo, Wisconsin Realtors Associaton
Monday Evening Reception Speaker

Mike Theo joined the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association staff in 1985, managing the association’s legal, legislative, political, research and public relations operations. Mr. Theo was named President and CEO of the Association in 2011.  He attended the UW-Madison and holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives and the REALTORS® Certified Executive (RCE) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. 
 
Mr. Theo is active in a number of area associations including:

David Motley, CMB, MBA

David Motley, Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is President of Colonial Savings, F.A. and its divisions -- Colonial National Mortgage and CU Members Mortgage. 
 
Colonial Savings, a federally chartered thrift institution headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, maintains a network of eight depository branches in the DFW Metroplex and 21 loan production offices around the country.  Colonial now services more than $26 billion in residential home mortgages. 
 
David has been an active member of MBA for more than two decades and has served in a variety of roles during that time including:
  • 6 years as a member of the Board of Directors
  • 8 years on MBA’s Residential Board of governors, 2 as Chairman
  • 2017 Chairman of MBA’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.    
  • 2015 Co-Chair of the Servicing21 Working Group, and more.
 
Recognized for his service to the industry, David is a recipient of MBA’s Andrew D. Woodard Distinguished Service.  Dedicated to grassroots advocacy, he has also been an active member of the Texas MBA (TMBA) since 1995, serving in several capacities as Secretary/Treasurer for the Board of Directors, Convention Chairman, and Board member from 1999 to 2005. In 2015 and 2016, David served as a member of the Community Bank Advisory Counsel for the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. 
 
David has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking, and holds a Certified Mortgage Banker designation. 
 

Freddie Mac Affordable Lending Offerings

Sandra Heidinger, AMP, Freddie Mac

Sandra Heidinger is an Affordable Lending Manager in the Single-Family Affordable Lending and Access to Credit organization. In this capacity, Sandra creates production strategies and lending opportunities for Freddie Mac’s lender customers. Working collaboratively with lenders, non-profit agencies, and government agencies, she creates outreach initiatives designed to increase homeownership opportunities and preserve homeownership for under-served families.
 
A veteran in the mortgage industry, Sandra joined Freddie Mac in 1997 and has held a variety of roles, which include Affordable Lending, National Lending Sales, Customer Education, Default Management Servicing, and Contract Management.  Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Sandra worked in the primary market in various roles which include underwriting, origination, processing, and closing.

Jack Kauffman, XINNIX

Jack is an industry veteran with an exceptional track record with 19 years in the mortgage industry and commercial finance. He has experience developing training programs for Loan Officers and their support staff. Aside from being a manager of customer service for a publicly traded mortgage bank, he has experience in both retail and wholesale lending. Since XINNIX was established in 2002, Jack was hired on as a lead instructor in early 2003 and has over 9 years’ experience in live class facilitation and web-based presentation.
 
All of our trainers are put through an extensive training program to certify that they live up to the XINNIX standard of excellence, very often Jack is the mentor for new trainers coming on board as he is one of our most tenured employees and since he started during the companies’ early days, he was directly taught by the master herself – Casey! On a personal level, Jack is a husband and father who enjoys fishing and lacrosse and is an avid Florida State Seminoles fan.

Tom Farley, Director of Marketing - Fairway Cares

Tom Farley graduated from Georgetown University and began his banking and finance career in New York City. He recently joined Fairway Independent Mortgage here in Madison as director of marketing for their non-profit organization, Fairway Cares.  In between, he created and ran The Chris Farley Foundation, a nationally recognized non-profit dedicated to substance abuse prevention. He is a New York Times bestselling author of “The Chris Farley Show”, a biography of his late brother, the actor Comedian Chris Farley. Tom is also a professional motivational speaker. Tom lives in Madison and has three adult children, Mary Kate, Emma and Tom

Nicholas DelTorto's primary responsibilities as President at Inlanta Mortgage include providing strategic sales and marketing leadership for the organization, developing existing loan officer and branch relationships, and recruiting new talent as Inlanta expands into new geographic locations. Inlanta Mortgage provides partner branches with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency products, as well as a full suite of jumbo and portfolio programs. Inlanta Mortgage is delegated FHA/FHA 203k, USDA, and VA approved.

Prior to joining Inlanta Mortgage, Nick served as the President, CEO, and founder of Amerihome Mortgage Company LLC. Amerihome Mortgage was founded in 1997 as a mortgage banking enterprise providing funding for residential and commercial loans until the Company was sold to Generations Bancorp in 2008. The Company was ranked as the seventh largest lender in Greater Milwaukee. Amerihome Mortgage was also a "Master Medal" - awarded three times as a Future 50 company by the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, an award given to the 50 fastest growing companies in Milwaukee.
 
Marcia Howe, Monona Bank

Marcia has been with Monona bank since 2003 and is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief Mortgage Officer. She currently oversees the mortgage division from origination through closing and secondary marketing. Responsibilities also include new product development, credit quality, investor relationship management and the loan servicing operations of the bank. Her mortgage background spans more than 35 years and includes both Retail and Correspondent lending.  Her first 17 years were spent with Security Savings & Loan and then M&I Mortgage Corp.  Marcia also spent several years working in a consulting and advisory capacity for various financial institutions in the Madison area along with WHEDA and MGIC. 

Marcia has been involved with the WMBA since 2004, having served as the Madison chapter President in 2010 and the State President in 2015.  She was awarded the Madison Chapter’s Distinguished Service Award in 2010 and the WMBA Mortgage Banker of the Year Award in 2016.  Marcia sits on the board of the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Mortgage Advisory Committee

 
John Inzeo, Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation

John A. Inzeo has been in the Mortgage Banking Industry since 1977. He began his career at Chicago Title and Trust, transitioning to the banking side of the industry in 1984. He has served in a variety of management positions, including Vice President of Residential Lending for First Financial Bank and TCF Bank. He joined Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation in 1995 and serves as Vice President.

Mr. Inzeo has been an active member of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA) for many years. He served as President in 2005. In addition to the WMBA, he is currently active in many industry groups such as The Realty Alliance, The Real Estate Services Providers Council, Inc., National Association of REALTORS® Mortgage Advisory Group and the Strategic Alliance of Mortgage Subsidiaries. He has also served on many community boards and commissions including United Way, Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, Metropolitan Builders Association, Wisconsin Builders Association, Waukesha County REALTORS® Association, The Lyla Burton Trust, The Caring Place and the advisory board of The Bryon Reisch Paralysis Foundation to name a few.

 
Michael Kellman, North Shore Bank

Michael Kellman is currently the senior vice president of consumer lending sales at North Shore Bank since 2001.  He oversees the sales efforts of the mortgage department, branch lending, indirect lending for marine and RV and auto lease and some small business loans.  Prior to that, he worked for Firstar bank in the branch network for two years. 
 
Mike has helped shape the direction of the bank, and led many of its efforts for continued growth and expansion.  His enthusiasm and passion for delivering service to customers is highlighted by his accomplishments at North Shore Bank, which has 44 offices throughout eastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois, and assets of more than $2 billion.  He is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales efforts and inspire his sales team toward success.
