Exhibitor Set-Up in the xxroom is on Wednesday, November 3,  2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Please Check-In at Conference Registration when you arrive. The WMBA Best in Business Dinner/Award Ceremony is being held in the evening and is not included in your Exhibitor Fee and requires an additional registration if you wish to attend.

On Thursday, November 4, 2021 there will be three (3) Exhibitor times in the Agenda for conference registrants to visit the Exhibitor room:

7:30am - 8:00am     Continental Breakfast available in the Exhibit room
9:45am - 10:30am   Break / Visit the Exhibitors
1:30pm - 2:15pm     Desserts available in the Exhibit room

You will be able to breakdown your exhibit after the last conference registrants have left to continue on to the next session. 


Exhibitor fees includes:

• Two (2) full conference registrations (Evening Dinner/Award Ceremony not included)
• Company name included in the exhibitor listing at the event
• Company logo included on onsite event signage.
• Company logo in the conference program
