Bill Bodnar
Tabrasa

The mortgage industry doesn't need more information...it needs better decisions. For more than three decades, I've helped mortgage professionals make sense of market volatility, interest rates, and economic trends so they can serve clients with confidence and grow their businesses.

Today, as a Founder and CRO of Tabrasa, my mission is to combine trusted market intelligence with practical technology that helps loan officers and lenders stay connected with homeowners, strengthen relationships, and create more opportunities. Whether it's using AI to work smarter, leveraging home equity insights, creating impactful video content, or understanding what's driving mortgage rates, I believe technology should simplify the business - not complicate it.

Throughout my career, I've been passionate about translating complex market data into clear, actionable insights. Through the Mortgage Market Guide, speaking engagements, webinars, articles, and daily market commentary, I've helped thousands of mortgage professionals better understand the forces shaping our industry and prepare for what's next.

Steve Richman
A No Coffee Needed Production

I've spoken to nearly 1 million people, and 90% of my events are rebookings from planners and companies who've had me back again. Clients like GE, Truist, Ecolab, FHLBank Chicago, and PennyMac have brought me in to deliver content that's interactive, quick-witted, and fast-paced — every presentation is customized to the audience, not recycled from a deck.

I draw on a career that's given me a genuinely unusual toolkit: courtroom litigation attorney, account executive and business manager, negotiations and sales trainer, Six Sigma Black Belt, DJ, and father. That range is what lets me connect authentically with any room, whether I'm speaking to salespeople, operations teams, or senior leadership.

Beyond keynotes and workshops, I'm an adjunct faculty member of the Shapiro Negotiations Institute, a DiSC-certified trainer, and I've taught at the graduate and post-graduate levels.

Option #2: Lighten the Load: Most Stress is a State of Mind
Blaine Rada
Arch MI

What if some of the stress weighing you down isn’t caused by what’s happening around you, but by what’s happening in your mind?

Over time, our thinking can develop its own “diseases of attitude,” creating unnecessary fear, frustration, confusion, and emotional weight. The good news? These conditions aren’t permanent.

In this engaging and practical session, you’ll learn to recognize the mental patterns that create unnecessary stress and discover simple “prescriptions” for changing them. You’ll leave with a lighter perspective, a clearer mind, and practical tools to better manage the stress that comes with both work and life.

Blaine Rada is a Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer with Arch MI, bringing more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience to his business and personal development keynotes. Twice named America’s Greatest Thinker, he also walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain — twice — and wrote an award-winning book about his first trek. A Mensa member with certifications in Distance Education and Applied Neuroscience, Blaine helps individuals and organizations differentiate themselves in a highly competitive environment. A Chicago-area resident, he’s been married for 40 years and is proud of his expanding family that now includes two granddaughters and four grand dogs — all Golden Retrievers.

Option #3: Snapshot - The State of Compliance into 2027
Nathan Britsch
Arive

Compliance next year isn’t just going to be the old alphabet soup of regulations, seen by same regulators.  New laws and threats both in and out of the mortgage space will affect your business, so let’s take a survey of where the risks in 2027 are likely to come from, and how you can practically manage them without disrupting your operation.
