Attendees will discover ways to enhance their current sales call format, and will receive specific examples and creative ways to develop, design and deliver a sales call. Forming your personal brand will be covered, as well as learning reasons why people object.  Specific, practical ideas will be discussed to improve objection handling skills.
 
Roger has 12 years experience spanning the mortgage insurance, banking, and financial services industries.  Prior to joining Essent, he worked as a Senior Training Instructor for a national financial services company delivering relationship sales and coaching workshops.  Roger's mortgage insurance background includes 8 years delivering business skills workshops to mortgage lenders in the US.
