March 9, 2021 - WMBA released the following statement regarding recent activities in the mortgage broker channel:

"Consumers are best served when they have choices created by a robust, competitive market that offers a multitude of loan prices, products, and service levels.  Our Wisconsin mortgage market is competitive, with a number of lenders, multiple delivery channels, and varying business models. WMBA does not condone activities designed to thwart competition in the mortgage market and limit loan options available to borrowers."

Please update your calendar both the Best in Business and Real Estate Conference are moving from April 2021 to November 2021.  This is in hopes that we can have an in person gathering for our industry.  As we move our hotel venue contracts around and dive further into details, we will send out more information.
